Our Commitment to Quality

Commercial signage is a permanent installation, and it needs to be built and installed correctly from the start. At Pop Signs, we stand behind our workmanship and fabrication, and we address issues promptly if they arise.

Most issues, if they occur, appear early. If something isn’t right within the first year, we address it.

This warranty applies to the original purchaser of Pop Signs products.

What Is Covered

Pop Signs warrants that all fabricated sign products, excluding electrical components, electrical systems, lamps, and neon glass, will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the date of installation or shipment.

If a covered defect occurs during this period, Pop Signs will repair or replace the affected portion at no charge for parts and labor, at our discretion.

Electrical Components and Lighting

Electrical components, power supplies, and internal electrical systems are covered by the original manufacturer’s warranty. This coverage applies to replacement materials only and does not include labor or travel.

Lamps are covered for a period of six (6) months from the date of installation or shipment and apply to replacement materials only.

Neon glass is warranted to be operational at the time of pickup or installation. Due to its fragile nature and conditions outside of our control, neon glass cannot be warranted beyond that point.

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper handling, misuse, unauthorized modifications, accidents, vandalism, or conditions outside of normal operating environments.

Damage occurring during shipment is the responsibility of the carrier, and all claims must be filed directly with the shipping provider.

Warranty Process

To initiate a warranty claim, the purchaser must notify Pop Signs in writing before attempting any repairs or remedies.

Once notified, Pop Signs will arrange for inspection and determine whether the issue is covered under this warranty based on inspection findings.

Limitations

Repair or replacement under this warranty is the exclusive remedy available to the purchaser.

Pop Signs is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages. Liability, if any, is limited to the original purchase price of the product.

No returns will be accepted without prior written authorization.

Post-Warranty Service Policy

After the warranty period has ended, Pop Signs continues to support the signage we install.

We offer service, maintenance, and repair work at standard service rates. This includes troubleshooting, electrical repairs, lighting replacements, and adjustments caused by normal wear or site conditions.

Any post-warranty service will be quoted and approved prior to work being performed. Our goal is to provide clear options and honest recommendations rather than unnecessary repairs.

What Happens After the Warranty?

Signage is exposed to weather, electrical wear, and site conditions over time. Even well-built signs may require occasional service.

After the warranty period:

  • You can contact Pop Signs directly for service or repairs
  • We will assess the issue and explain the cause before proceeding
  • Repairs are handled efficiently with clear pricing and communication

Many of our long-term clients continue working with us well beyond the warranty period because we are familiar with the original installation and build details.
